Service usage and safety
By using Quicklanding EXPRESS, you agree to lawful and fair usage. Misuse, fraud, abuse, or policy violations may lead to restricted access or suspension to protect platform safety.
Pricing, taxes, and convenience fee
Bronze, Silver, and Gold plan prices are shown before checkout. Checkout adds a convenience fee of 2.2% of the base plan price and GST of 18% of the base plan price. The final payable amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, subject to payment-provider confirmation.
What is included
Active plans include managed hosting, SSL, dashboard access, and template-based website operations inside the Quicklanding EXPRESS platform. Each plan includes a free Quicklanding subdomain and template price protection for template value up to Rs10,000.
Sub-domain and custom domain policy
Quicklanding subdomains in the format <businessname>.quicklanding.app are provided on first-come availability. Gold includes one custom domain purchase after successful payment. A selected Gold domain is purchased only after payment succeeds and cannot be changed after successful payment.
Free trial limits
The Free 7 day trial allows 250 visitors, 1 user, a Quicklanding subdomain, and DIY dashboard access. If the trial expires or crosses limits, Quicklanding may suspend the public website and require upgrade or shutdown.
Plan validity and access
Platform features remain active while your subscription is active and in good standing. Plan limits for users, visitors, domains, branding, ads, and DIY dashboard windows apply based on the selected Bronze, Silver, or Gold package.
Template and code ownership
Quicklanding EXPRESS is subscription-based. Template subscription does not transfer source-code ownership. No framework/platform source files are delivered to merchants.
No refund policy
All payments are final. Once a payment is successful, it is non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
Service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party outages, customer misuse, or force majeure events.
